Sourdough Chocolate chip cookies

I am obsessed with this chocolate chip cookie - crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside! The addition of sourdough to my cookie dough adds a lovely 3D complexity to the cookie. The nuanced depth of flavor compliments the sweetness! I do a long ferment on the cookie dough to not only make it more digestible, but also to increase the bioavailability of the nutrients in the flour and make it a little more gut friendly! Ingredients: flour, salt, Butter, Brown Sugar, Granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, Arrowroot powder, Baking soda, Baking powder, semi-sweet chocolate chips (cane sugar, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, vanilla) 1 box includes 4 big cookies!

Sourdough Pizza Crust

Grab my Sourdough Pizza Crust and have a wholesome dinner ready in minutes! It freezes and reheats beautifully (instructions provided)! Just add your sauce, cheese and toppings and bake at 450-500 degrees for about 7-12 minutes (depending on your toppings) or until your cheese is melted and bubbly! This 10-12 inch (depending on how I hand stretch it) pizza crust is made with simple ingredients, hand mixed, fermented for 24-48 hours, hand shaped and par baked (fully cooked). Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, Baja Gold Salt, and filtered water.

This pizza dough is unbelievable! Incredible flavor, crisps up, strong enough for a boatload of toppings. Freezer to mouth in less than 20min. It’s a favorite quick dinner at our house.
